My AGL IQ not showing stats on dashboard

This is showing on all the options on the dashboard: Unfortunately, there was an error loading this data. Please try again later.Also when I directly head to the My Usage tab, it shows this error message: We’re sorry, there’s been an error with your request. Please try again or call us 24/7 on 1800 813 028. Can you please help me fix this as I want to view my usage as I recently got a new meter installed. Thanks
