I have been trying hard to get electricity connection for the last 3 weeks. All the time, connection is made at the wrong address. The customer care number is always busy and I am able to get through to the overseas call centre only after 45-50 mins on an average, be it day or night. How can the call centre be so busy always. Hard to understand. Mike, Shelley, Susie etc, all of the call centre agents have been unhelpful. Not sure what to do. Such a waste of time. There is no direct email address ...
