Hi Natalie, I have been trying numerous times to contact through chatand phone but due to long wait times I was unsuccessful in talking toanyone.The bill is due tomorrow and it will be direct debited from my account.Is there any way I can contact you directly without going through thewaiting process?I really feel that something must have gone wrong with the meter or something.My account number is [removed].Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks so much.

I have been hit with an unrealistically high gas bill.

My gas bill arrived a few days ago and I'm in total shock!The amount on the quarterly bill was $1,554.11. That's around 8 times my normal usage.I understand that it was based on my meter reading, but what I don't understand is how can it suddenly go up so high?Could it be the faulty meter? or could there be a gas leak? the high reading was from hot water meter and I only use hot water for shower. My supply address is wrong

Supply address for my electricity is wrong. I've spent hours waiting and talking on chat to have the supply address updated and was finally told it was done, but it's still the wrong address. My gas supply address is correct but my electricity supply address is still wrong. I've had this corrected before and now its back to the wrong address. How hard is it to get a correct address for my bill?
