Hi David,This is not good enough. I signed up for 2GB, unless authorised to boostyou should NOT automatically be boosting. On top of that it was BOOSTED 4times, not 3. So are you saying I should receive a refund for your error?
Smaller packages are used for children. Why on earth would you allow a constant increase in data? I signed up for 2GB I don't want them to have more than that. Not only did you allow constant data increase, but when called- you have no way to stop it. Taking my mobile plan elsewhere. What a joke.
