I also have same issue and wonder what are the steps I can take as AGL said exactly same .. we're right unless you prove us wrong and until than keep paying .. Will it be helpful to change the supplier. My Last Quarter Bill was $816 and this quarter is $1965 .. nothing change in the house ... this is ridiculous
