Hi I have been on direct debit for many years. But for the current bill AGL did not debit my account. AGL removed me from direct debit with out any notifications. I updated my cc expiry promptly as well. I missed out on time payment discount. I am very very unhappy . I do not trust MyAccount is doing the right thing in this instance.
