Here we are a month down the track and AGL still hasn't fixed this problem. All they did after I called was put a message at the top of the screen saying they were working on it. How incompetent are they?I'm looking at other energy retailers. I've had enough of shrinking feed-in tarries and poor service.
I just updated the app, cleared data and cache, did a Force Stop and logged in again. It still doesn't work. So I guess nobody from AGL monitors this feedback, so the whole discussion forum is pointless.
It has been several days since I was able to view the daily energy usage. It says there was a problem with the server. I have two properties and neither of them works.
