Hello AGL! As a long term loyal customer of the brand, I house ALL my utilities with AGL. Being pleased with your service standards and customer service, I decided to take up AGL NBN as well. This was possibly the WORST decision i made. Even since then, I had struggled, suffered due to lack of service and apathyof AGL telecommunication customer service agents.
