With AEMO’s projection in its June 2018 Gas Statement of Opportunities that there are no supply gaps forecast before 2030, and the imperative to have a zero-Carbon-emission economy asap, and certainly by around 2040, to ensure a safe climate, what is the strategic plan for causing significant environmental damage, in creating a white elephant port importing a fossil fuel of which there is plenty in Victoria.
