i keep getting an error message when trying to send a message. As i have done this before, it says 'your conversation has ended, please start again. .and then nothing. i can't start again.
refresshed, logged out and in.
it's saved my last messaging somehow and won't let me start a new mesage
i am getting multiple emails about my bill, which i've paid?!?!?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the messaging feature. Have you tried accessing it on a different device or browser?
