Hi, I am trying to contact AGL about an issue with my bill. When I click on the message button. The window comes up and states "Your session has expired. Please close this window and start a new conversation in order to resume.". I have tried several times closing it down but still get the message.

It sounds like you may need to update the AGL App, or if you're using a web browser then you might need to clear your cache. If you are using the app then we do have a help page here that might help you.
