Trying to log into my account to view bills and keep getting the following message with a dog holding a lead.

This has been happening for the past week and half, when will this issue be rectified, because until it does, I will not be paying any bills.
Also, had the issue where you transferred an expenses from another property to another bill so that it would be directly debited from our account. I have contacted your office but still have not received a credit for that property and another bill for the correct property? When can i expect this to happen?
