Support contact not reachable via mentioned no

Hi Team,

Did any one try reaching out to rewards support team on their no mentioned on help page ? Trying to reach them since morning and no one is answering the call.

The number  1300 397 079 is saying not connected.

Try the aglrewards@agl.com.au email address or contact AGL on 131 245 and ask them.

By the this is really only a forum and you may or may not get a reply back from a moderator.

Hi @pradeep ,

Sorry about this. I looked into it and because the Rewards team is based in Adelaide, they were affected by the lockdown last week and that number was not accessible. It should work in future.
