Paypal Payment not supported online / mobile app
Unable to make a payment as paypal option is not proceeding to paypal secure payment instead logging me out of my online account. Please fix asap. I need to make my payment before 03/06/2021 as my payment due on the day.
Hi @RajG , I've noticed the same thing when trying to pay my bill. I've asked the tech team to look into it.
I'm also trying to pay my electricity bill using the PayPal option but it kept showing there's error. My bill due tomorrow, please let me know whether the tech team has fixed it. Thanks @David_AGL
@Kelvincsw I was able to use PayPal to pay last night, so I believe the issue is resolved.
@David_AGL Because my bill was due the next day and it still wasn't working, in the end I chatted with tech support on the AGL website and they directed me to this link https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/energy/billing-and-payments/payments/pay-your-bill-now and paid my bill via PayPal from there. Just had to manually put in the reference number and amount due.
