No usage / billing data

Switched-on

when I go to billing it says I am looking at electricity usage and solar feed in but there is no data shown.

 

The graph shows the dates but no readings with the message "We have no data for this bill period, Send us a meter read to stay in control of your cost so far and bill forecast"

 

clicking Send Meter Read gives "Smart meter read taken automatically".
