My solar feed-in data was functional until the 8th of June 2020 and then stopped recording.
This did coincide with a new billing period.
I also noticed on the downloadable CSV file that at 8/06/2020 6:59:59 PM the "QualityFlag" column changed from "A" to "E". It had been "A" since: 10/6/2018. Not sure if this is related or simply a billing code.
The APP, the online portal and the downloadable CSV files are all recording grid usage (of course) but not displaying any solar feed-in.
I spoke to several people at AGL today who mostly had no-idea what I was talking about and eventually was put through to "resolutions" and fobbed off.
If you're continuing to have issues with usage data updating, please send me your account number via private message, and I'll escalate.
Please be aware if you are a Queensland customer, there has been a hold placed on billing and usage updates whilst we remediate the Government credits.
