“Cost so far” and “bill projection” doesn’t appear any data

Hi,

I’ve been with AGL since Mar 2021 and have been using the app to monitor the usage for both Gas and Electricity account. In Sep 2021, the primary account holder has been changed from my husband to I. Since then, I can’t see my usage for both accounts. I chatted with your team mate and they were nice but didn’t sort out the issue. They reported the issue to IT but I still haven’t received any response from your end.

Then, I chatted with them again and again and they said that when Sep 2021 generated, you can see the usage. Now, I have already received my September bill for a month ago but I still can’t see my usage. 

If this minor issue can’t handle it, then I am pretty sure that I will switch to other suppliers.
