just wondering why I can’t access the app/my account when I am not on wifi..??? This has been, and is an annoying feature, especially when traveling or not is range.
It looks like you've disabled access to mobile data for the AGL app.
To re-enable access to mobile data, open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to and tap AGL. Turn on the Mobile Data switch and try again.
