Billing in App doesn’t work

Hey peeps I’ve reloaded the app but still billing doesn’t work on my iPhone .. message says  “I t’s not you it’s us”… but just spins around and doesn’t connect to my bills.

Hey there Bellanthshell,

Given this was ~6 weeks ago I assume the issue isn't reoccurring... but if it's still hanging around I can suggest some options for iPhone specifically.

Hey panda yes it’s still not working. Love any tips. I’ve tried deleting and re installing but no luck with that one.

Few ideas for you given you've already tried reinstalling the app/made sure it's the latest version:

 

  • Settings => General => iPhone Storage => AGL => Offload App (it's a restart app button, works similar to reinstalling)
  • Restarting phone
  • Trying to load it on both WiFi and 4g
  • Additional links with mobile issues don't appear to have anything for you here, but you might want to look if you haven't here and here
