I am a relatively new AGL customer. One of the reasons I signed up for AGL was the advice that I can monitor my electricity account (including my solar panels feed in). The App has never worked and states that it's an AGL issue.
I have contacted AGL by live chat and by phone, but only receive double Dutch answers.
What I need is for the issue to be resolved or a specific time frame regarding a resolution. In addition AGL needs to provide specific information regarding my account when asked for (this has not happened to date).
Not happy and am considering going to another provider if the issue is not resolved quickly.
