My solar command monitoring hasn’t worked since 9 March. Over two months. I have tried emails, online requests and phone calls. All to no avail. AGL just don’t seem to care. I wish someone would assist me with this.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not been able to make the most of our Solar Command service, and that you've received very little in the way of support with this issue. Please send me a private message with your account details and some screenshots of the errors you're experiencing to so that we can take a look at things for you.
