I had a letter back in December 2018 advising me of a faulty dc isolator switch and that I neede to turn off my solar system. I did that and now at the end of March, we've heard nothing and I've spent most of the afternoon trying to contact AGL. The number and options rings twice and then hangs up on me. While I've been on hold trying other AGL numbers and being transferred around the call centre, I've read that the fault relates to installations in 2016-2017. Ours was installed in 2012. So I'm wondering if our is even affected.
