Hi Agl Is there an API available so i can pull my usage data ( same data found in the downloadable scv at https://myaccount.agl.com.au/usage ) from my agl account to a database i'm creating to analyse my solar generation across multiple system and my power usage

I am extremely dissapointed with the new usage information available. I have to log into the agl website for $$ info and the app for hourly usage. Nowhere can I see weekly or monthly figures and worst of all, the usage graph hasn't been updated in days but the $ amount is increasing, sometimes twice in one day. This is a joke, please go back to the old system. It worked, why change it?

Need a feature to pay gas bills from the credit of electricity account, rather than needing to contact AGL support.

As we all know, if you let your contract lapse, you often end up paying much higher prices. However there is no way of viewing your contract expiry date on the website or in the app. The only way to find your contract expiry date is either - 1) find the original welcome pack (which may be outdated/incorrect, due to subsequent contract changes, extensions etc.) 2) call and speak to someone at AGL Please add this information online and in the app to save everyone time and money, including the AGL call centre staff.

I received a phone call reminder of an overdue gas bill. The bill was estimated. The bill/invoice email was titled "Energy Insights". The person receiving this email did not recognise that it was a bill under that title and does not appear to have opened it. Junk mail hits letter boxes both virtual and actual by the ton and is quickly discarded. Your communications people may like to consider this. Kind regards Anthony

The Transaction History is a good idea however I would still like to see a current outstanding balance in Overview, especially when using Bill Smoothing so that we can see how much we owe or how much in credit we are.

Hi AGL, I buy green power from you, however it doesn't actually mention it on my bill. It's not clear to me that you're actually buying green power... I suggest that you indicate where the power comes from. Also, i recommend to show how much carbon dioxide is produced as a result of the power we've used.

The https://myaccount.agl.com.au/ overview display would be more useful if it showed the last five bills (instead of just three) because that would allow comparison with the corresponding bill in the previous year (eg compare autumn 2019 and autumn 2018).

It would be nice to be able to enter the annual kw/h specs of your appliances / devices to be able to get a more tailored view of your usage. Or use a bar to choose the energy star rating of your appliances / devices to get more closer averaged numbers.

I just wanted to point out a couple of possible improvements to the home profile survey: 1. Washing machine - the question asks how many hot washes you do per week and the minimum is two or less. Who on earth is washing in hot water these days? Unless you are washing overalls or soaking a doona (even then I only do the wash in hot water - not the rinse) why would you need hot water? So i think there should be an option that says 'rarely' or a few times a quarter. 2. Also maybe ask how many loads of washing people do - this might not equate neatly to the number of people in the house. It depends how manual their work is and if they play a lot of spot (lots of uniforms to wash) etc. 3. Dishwasher use - maybe ask this too - some people obsessively run their dishwashers every evening no matter what, because they don't want the contents to 'get stinky' - how the smell on the inside of a dishwasher hurts anyone has always been a mystery to me. 4. It might be good to produce a downloadable form that you could print off of all the different use types so people could keep their own record for a week of how much laundry, dryer use (not sure if you asked usage for this as I don't have one) dishwashing, showers etc, and then they could update their profile.

you need to change your wording on your account summary emails. Using “overview” will be read as “overdue” suggest change to “summary” I’ve mia read this a number of times and logged in to check that the DD hasn’t failed , many others will be also.

Based on feedback from you, our customers, we are trialling a new feature in My Account where it’s possible to see your previous transactions. Starting Thursday 11th October, some customers will be able to see this new feature and view transactions from the past three years. We’d love to know if you find this transaction list helpful or if things are missing or confusing? Reply below with your comments and suggestions so that you can help us improve. If you don’t see a new heading ‘Transaction History’ next to your Bill History in the Overview screen within My Account, you might not be part of the feature release just yet! Please bring back the hourly usage data, as it helps to evaluate abnormally high usage days.

The data usage graphs are not as user friendly as they were. The side by side bar graphs that we used to see were far more meaningful. Previously we could check monthly, annually as well as weekly. You have removed the other user comparisons. The other concern is the whole lot went down with no explanation from you. And when the nerw one comes along we were not advised what was displayed as "drawn from the grid" and "credited to the grid"

The updates to your web app seem to show less data than was available last week. It looks more slick but I cant see as much info. There is no hourly usage data and I can only set the period to “billing period “, there are no other options. Should I be able to see daily data? IPad Air 2, and tried with Safari and Chrome. Cheers

Received my latest Energy Insights report and it tells me "We estimate that 45% of your usage went towards pool pump.* Pool pump $144" As I don't have a pool, nor a pool pump, it looks like you need some finetuning on this before it can be of much use to help us manage our usage.

Numerous reports from people in the AGL Community about issues connecting to AGL Rewards, and still no solution. AGL should notify its customers of this issue so we do not waste our time on Chat with people who are unable to assist. Poor customer service, and not a good image for your brand.

My AGL IQ gives usage data when you first load it. However, if you use the date picker to select any date (even the most recent date with data) an error is returned. Using the date picker has not worked for over a month now (I was hoping it would be noticed at EOFY). disability people on there should not have the same amount of power when not using heating or cooling than a family you charge to much would let me upload my photo also said on the page I was not allowed there I had no idea that not using airconditioning heating watching tv only run a fridge, freezer and hot water no washing machine few small electricals all high efficiency and I'm getting billed sometimes over 500$ a quarter as sick as I am I'm also now told to pay 86 $ something a fortnight
