I received a phone call reminder of an overdue gas bill. The bill was estimated. The bill/invoice email was titled "Energy Insights".
The person receiving this email did not recognise that it was a bill under that title and does not appear to have opened it.
Junk mail hits letter boxes both virtual and actual by the ton and is quickly discarded. Your communications people may like to consider this.
Hi @anthonypeterson , thanks for the feedback. The "Energy Insights" report is a separate, additional mailing, and should not contain your bill.
Your emailed bill will appear with the subject lines "AGL electricity bill" or "AGL gas bill". You may wish to check spam folders etc to confirm your bills aren't ending up there, or search your email to ensure you're receiving them as you should be.
