Account no: ACC259450 - Can you for the last time close my account and cancel the over due payment for NBN which keeps appearing in my account. AGL is an absolute disgrace company to be with. Unprofessional and incapable of dealing with customers. Will someone in AGL look at the history and cancel my NBN overdue account. You have left me with no option but to report this matter to regulating authority and to your CEO. I wont be surprised if the CEO even knows what really happens in AGL. I have made so many complaints but no one takes any action to sort out the nonsense.
