can't register onto into AGL app

trying to register and it says it can't verify my account.  I have been calling ACTEWAGL and AGL for five days and no-one seems to be able to help.  ACTEWAGL tell me it is AGLs problem and AGL tell me that it is ACTEWAGL's problem.  All I want is an account number so I can add the app to my phone.
