Wrong meter connection

Hello

Electricity connection was done by real estate.

but the real estate registered wrong address, the meter number connected in my account is belong to other property

I want to fix the meter number

please let me know what i should do

Unfortunately we do see our customers being signed up to the incorrect meter(s) from time to time, but these issues are easily fixed! To do so, you'll need to start by confirming your correct meter number. Please contact us.

I contact, but very hard to explain and make a request.

I have checked the exact meter number which is for my property

can you give me email address i can contact this issue? Or other way to change the meter number except calling?
