We need to upgrade our gas meter

Hi, We are installing a new gas BBQ and outdoor stove. We have been told that we will need upgrade our gas meter as we are at our limit since installing an instantaneous gas hot water system to replace our storage system. We also have a gas pool heater.

How do we go about the upgrade and what is the cost? We are in East Victoria Park (Perth) WA
