Solar reading stopped updating

Hello,

My solar reading has stopped updating 4 days ago and my usage from the grid has increased . I checked my solar panel meter and it states it is generating power in the morning. 

Contacted AGL  twice this weekend, and they have not given me reason yet.

The solar tab via your online account should be up to date and may sometimes be a 1 to 2 day delay.
