I recently had solar installed and applied to have my meter reprogrammed, which happened remotely and within 48hrs (but didn’t receive sms as advised). This was three weeks ago.
ever since I havent been able to see my energy usage on the web or app - it seems my meter isn’t tethering data to me. I’ve called the resolutions team three times for correction and no help. The last fella said he’d email me an update to keep me informed - but he didn’t.
please help as this is my last effort before moving on after many years as a happy customer as other suppliers have advised their app will work.
