New account transfer time

hello,

I have just setup to transfer from my current electricity company to AGL.  i understand this takes place next time my old company reads my account.  Do I have to let me old company know and do you need any details from me regarding when this will happen?

Once you've signed up, there is nothing more that you need to do. We will take care of the rest! If you'd like to get a rough idea of when this transfer will go ahead, just count 3 months forward from your last electricity bill.
