Hello, I was supposed to move in my new house yesterday but I was suddenly told that gas was not connected 2 weeks , so I have to delay my moving next week.
The trouble was that still no confirmed connection date after waiting over a week . I already contacted the account manager directly and urged him to take the quick action . But it seems that it is up to another team to do this work.
It is such slow process in a big company . I wonder how I can get this issue escalate to the right channel . Otherwise I have to escalate to legal entity if still no response .
