Signed up for AGL last week, I was promised to connect electricity on Monday and I checked it via a call today.
Then no one came? Not even a message, email or a call?
We have to move in today and we are going to suffer.
Can`t believe AGL disappoints me from the very first day.
I'd like to know how often does this happen so I can ask my other friends to stay away from it.

I'm sorry to hear that you were left in a difficult position.
If you're still having issues with your supply, could you please confirm if the main switch in your fuse/meter box is in the 'On' position?
