Why I requested disconnect with the Electricity but still received the latest bill

I talked to your staff to disconnect my old property in April as I’m living overseas, but recently I still received the latest invoice for the electricity bill. And no one notice me by email the service is still on, if fail to disconnect I think I should notice by AGL.
