Hi, what is wrong with you? I rang to provide a meter reading as it's unavailable online and your estimate was literally double our actual usage. you cancelled my original bill but then re-issued the exact same bill instead of revising it with the actual usage. your customer service is ridiculously inadequate and your staff are incompetent.
