I transferred my connection to Agl approx 16 days ago .. after 4 months in a new property and perfect service I have had nothing but dropouts and less strength around my home with blank spots that weren't there before. I rang Thursday after no service for hours. The nice guy eventually said it was beyond him and his experience to do anything for me to help. It is down again now after another 5 days of in and out and poor strength. I will have to revert to my constant service provider if something doesn't change very soon. I joined AGL because they provide my electricity. That might change too! I have rung twice this morning. They are not taking calls because of 'System Problems' . Can someone contact me please!!
