Internet connection slow

Nobody answers the phone 6 calls within the last week

CHAT DOESNT WORK

PHONE DOESNT WORK

E-MAIL ARE USELESS

5 e-mails no response

The Internet needs to be reset by me 3-5 times daily as the connection drops

Current speed 5 MPS

promised 65+ MPS

nobody calls or e-emails back other the billing which is always on time

SO IN A SHORT VERSION, THEY DONT CARE THEY ONLY WANT TO COLLECT THE $$$$$$$$

THEY ARE SCARED TO TALK TO YOU OR EVEN SIMPLY E-MAIL

I just put Agl internet on in a new residence and the Agl DNS servers are crap and browsing speed is unbearably slow.  Not sure if it’s how the nbn router Agl sent is configured as the router password that’s on the back doesn’t work to access the admin.  As soon as I added the google DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to my pc/Mac/phones/tablets then the internet speeds up from dial up type speeds to what nbn should be.

Well this worked a treat...found this solution while waiting 20 mins on hold with 40 other chumps to just fix it myself.

I'm not confident the issue is AGL's fault. The 20 minute wait time is a reasonable point to be dissatisfied about, though. I assume AGL aims to answer 60%+ of calls within 60s unless you're calling a sales channel.
