I have a gas leak at the metre and am finding it very difficult getting onto AGL.. my understanding is that if its at the metre its agl's responsibility. Im on hold on the 13 number. is there another number i should be calling?
Hopefully you got onto support and resolved this one already, but if not - it's likely you'll need to call your local gas distributor to address this. You'll find them listed on your AGL bill.
