disconnection

I am moving to overseas and i need to disconnect the electricity, i tried to use the chat but it said that its not available, i cannt call because im overseas and its very difficult to call to australia and i sent an email and no one answer my emails.

is there anyone that can help me please

Sorry for the frustation. With the current circumstances restricting call centre capacity, reaching us by phone or chat can be difficult. A good alternative is to log in to your My Account and click "Message Us".
