I recently signed up to AGL electricity and Gas and had the plan confirmed on September 24 but still I am unable to see my usage for either. I have tried via the app and online to no avail.
Could someone please assist?

You will only be able to view your usage on the APP if you have a remotely read meter. If this is the case, please contact us via AGL Messenger, which you can access via the APP or My Account. You can also find other ways to contact us here.
