Hi Last month AGL sent me a package but I was overseas and could not collect or pick up from post office as I was overseas. I got numerous reminders to pick up the package but could not reply to the messages either. If it is important can you please resend it to me
Have you recently signed up for a new plan including a bonus Google Home Mini by chance? If so, have you been provided an AusPost tracking number? If so, you'll need to jump over the AusPost website here to find the whereabouts of your package.
