Solar system doesnt work

We are renting and have solar panels on the roof, but the Solar system doesn't work

Would you mind elaborating on why you feel your system isn't working? E.g. does the inverter show any errors?

I bought the house in April. Solar panels working fine, was watching via the app, no issues. Had some electrical work done in October, installed new lights inside the house. Had to turn power off at the box. Power back on when works all done but solar stayed off. Have called AGL and solar command. No one can fix for some reason. Surely this happens all the time. Power goes out then comes back on. Why do solar panels not come back on? How to fix please??

Hi Tara0301,

If the power is disconnected or there's an outage, this will automatically turn your solar inverter off as well. 

Please check this and turn it back on if required.
