I have opened a new account with AGL. Do I need to contact my old supplier (Origin Energy) to cancel my account with them, or does that happen automatically?

Only 1 energy retailer can be the biller retailer for your meter, once we've established your account, your account with your previous energy retailer will then issue you a final bill up until the date we've taken over for you.
