I have registered MyAccount since April, and moved my Gas and Electricity to AGL since May.
I have been waiting for more than a month to see my usage or any other content in My Account website.
I have received several emails which tell me that my account has been set up and they have sent through my account numbers.
Unfortunately, nothing can be seen once I logged into My Account online.
Tried to contact Live Chat in Messenger, I provided my name, email and account number the staff (called Mei) just asked what she can do for me and then no response after that....
Can I ask if Mei has been able to resolve this for you via Facebook?
