You have read the wrong meter and have charged me to much I need to speak to someone because I want to cancel this connection because your billing is causing me grief every 3 months. Your service to customers is terrible. Please Ring me because you have have made another mistake. Your website is not working correctly and will not update.
AGL doesn't read the meters on your property. Your meters are read by your local energy distribution company, and they pass the info on to AGL. To get in touch with AGL you can log in to your My Account page and click Message Us, or give us a call.
