I am currently on a 17% discount
I get an email today informaing me my plan is being renewed, but my discount is dropping to 15%
Not happy Jan !
I ring AGL and inform them of this and they put me through to the Customer Resolutions Team.
After a bit of chat and searching by the nice lady on the other end of the phone, she is happy to offer me an 18% discount.
WTF - why not just offer the highest discount to loyal (+10 years) customers in the first place ???

When a contract is up for expiry, a new offer is automatically generated inline with our publicly advertised discounts. In cases such as yours when a customer has been with AGL for 10+ years, alternative discounts are sometimes available. We apologise for any frustration that this may have caused, and it's fantastic to hear that we were able to sort things out over the phone!
