Today two males unannounced entered my property - bright blue shirts. Previously, a "Gas Meter Reading" was called out to alert anyone at home. Please ensure a verbal advise is clearly made by AGL employees in future.
Hi @Maggibelle1 , sorry to hear this caused you some anxiety! Please be aware that AGL does not perform your meter reads, these are done by your local energy distributor - the company that maintains the pipes etc in your area. You'll find them listed at the top of your AGL bill. This is good feedback and passing it along directly to them might be useful.
