survey BOT - poor experience

I just had a great interaction with one of your customer support representatives and wanted to leave a feedback. The Survey BOT is either not compatible with Chrome or needs a serious review. Here is the transcript, enjoy, it is actually very funny 🙂 

 

BOT:  Do you mind telling us how we did today?

 

Me: you did great!

 

BOT That's not what I was expecting, Please select from one of these options (no options provided!!!)

 

BOT: Do you mind telling us how we did today?

 

Me: yes

 

BOT: That's not what I was expecting, Please select from one of these options

 

Me: which options?

 

BOT: That's not what I was expecting, Please select from one of these options (still no options visible)

 

BOT: Do you mind telling us how we did today?

 

Me: Sure

 

BOT: How likely are you to recommend AGL to a friend based on your experience today? (0-10) (Amen, I guessed what the BOT expected…)

 

Me 10

 

BOT: Finally, if chat wasn't available, what would you have done instead?

 

Me: I would have called

 

BOT: That's not what I was expecting, Please select from one of these options (still no options provided)

 

Me : Called

 

BOT: Thanks for the feedback

That poor, confused bot. Thanks so much @gaetano  for trying to complete the survey and for taking the time to share this feedback, I'll pass it on to the right team so we can get it fixed up.
