Received a call on my mobile phone today from an unknown number, and the female caller did not identify herself, so I hung up. When I checked the number, it was from AGL, so called the number back, but only ended up in a queue. I was not prepared to wait, when I was not the original caller. Please, if you are calling a current customer, kindly identify yourself at the beginning of the call. Think about warning users about scam emails and how to identify them without them clicking on any embedded links that could lead to trouble.   For instance, I just received an email saying it was from AGL for a survey or feedback.  But I hovered my pointer over all the links in the email and they are all clearly scammer links as nothing is AGL related in the URL's.   Also where would we users report these sorts of emails?  Your site doesn't appear to have anywhere to report scams.   Regards, ... In May 2020, I called asking for concession to be applied to my accounts. I assumed that was done until I received my electricity bill in late May with no concession applied. Since then I called AGL every week to get it amended. Suffice to say it had been a very stressful time and time trying to get this issue rectify. I had customer solution staff who was rude to a person who thought she knew what was the problem without checking it. I had few others who attempted to fix the problem, but didn't follow up to see if it was fixed. I finally thought I gave it a last attempt to see if it could get it fixed, and if no one at AGL cared, I would just pay and then find other provider who cares about its customers. Fortunately, Andrew took the call. He listened then went to check. Came back and told me there was technical error and he escalated the issue to technical support. Then he would make sure to check it to have it solved. My gratitude to Andrew that I have my updated bill yesterday with the concession applied. It goes a long way to help with this current financial burden. If you see this Andrew, thank you so much!! I really hope your managers will recognise an asset to the company you are and reward you accordingly. Hi. My name is Kerry and I had problems paying my bill today as I did not receive it in the mail. However, I wanted to applogise to ataff as I was very frustrated and behaved rudely. So, my apologies. I would jyst like to point  out tjat uf you pay via credit card online then take the ioption to s p eak with a customer service ifficer the system.just takes you directly back to online payments. This can be very time consuming and confusing. In the end I had to end the call and begin again to actually speak to someone. Apologies again for my rudeness on the phone. My account always compares my usage with other homes of 4 and 5 people in my area and whilst there are only 2 of us in my home, we always are shown as using more energy than the others. Our home is all electric and we have no other energy source. I can only assume that the other homes must have some other energy source, such as gas. Dear Manager,   After trying to find an appropriate text box to outline my Feedback without trying to fit into myriads of suggested categories when I simply wanted to make a suggestion freehand.   My suggestion is regarding the printing format of my Electricity Bill, perhaps at reducing the small portion of the 3rd page of my bill showing the remainder of the Bill Workings to fit on 2 pages only, please, similar to the 2 page format for my Gas bill.    This would save 1 A4 page that only has only a few fact lines printed.   Otherwise I am impressed with your very efficient method of sending and formatting the bill printing at home.   Kind regards,   Richard Mansfield                   ... You AGL are advising your Sub Contractors to carry out work on customers premises without advising the customer and you do not provide the sub contractors with official ID. The sub contractors vehicles are unmarked and they  The POLICE stress not to open the Door of your Home nor allow entry to anyone who does not have Company Identification.
