Not the biggest issue but just signed up to AGL Gas supply and had read of the good customer reviews of your service experience.
I do service design and CX so probably a little more invested than most folks in the fine details that builds service impression.
The Email is a standard welcome note But when it came to me...its personalised Dear $FirstName,
A small thing I know but its the 1% ers that make up an impression - so thought you would want to know.
